Prior to joining ghSMART, Street worked at EzGov, a government software company. He served as EVP of sales and marketing and EVP of corporate development and strategy during the years when EzGov was recognized as the fastest growing company in Atlanta.
Before EzGov, Street was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company where he led projects and advised senior executives of Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, transportation, and manufacturing.
Along with Geoff Smart, Street is the co-author of Who:The A Method for Hiring which became an instant New York Times bestseller upon its release in 2008. In the book, Smart and Street solve every entrepreneur’s #1 problem: making hiring mistakes. Street earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rice University. He is active in the church community as an adult teacher, curriculum designer, and writer.
